Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal. (Please note, you can pay with credit/debit card through PayPal without a PayPal account!)

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept payment via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for a new account for free by visiting the PayPal website. Paypal is the preferred method of payment.

Why has my payment failed?

Your order will only be confirmed if the payment has been successfully processed. If you have entered incorrect card details, please try again and double check the information you are inputting.

 

Delivery

How much is Australian delivery?

It's FREE for standard shipping, and only $4.95 for express shipping!

How much is international delivery?

Dirt cheap it is! The cost will be quoted at checkout 

I have not received my order. What do I do?

If you have not yet received your order, please use the ‘contact us’ page where our team will be happy to help. Please check your tracking before contacting us as this may show you where your parcel is.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes, we deliver to work addresses. When you are in checkout, please enter your work address in the Shipping Details section.

My tracking shows as delivered but I have not received my order?

If the tracking is showing as delivered but you have not received your order then we need to contact the courier on your behalf. Please contact us via the ‘contact us’ page with your name, order number (if you have this) and address. We can then look into this for you 

How long do I have to return an item?

Please refer to our “Refunds and Returns’ page.

I have not received a confirmation email

Confirmation emails are received within 24hrs. If you require a confirmation email earlier than this, please contact us via our 'contact us' page and we will be in touch asap.

 If you pay via PayPal, you will receive an immediate payment confirmation email from PayPal
